This is a special little cake I made for my cousin Lauren who is, not only a real-life Animal Whisperer (hence the name), but she’s also studying to become a veterinarian. This is a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and milk chocolate border and highlights. The little animals are made out of fondant and edible food coloring.
